So the flow of capital in national economy is increasing.  In this way total economy is influenced through increasing investment developing gradually. Rich has taken up the challenge to deal with sustainable economic development in both an inclusive and participatory manner.

Social Developments:

Rich is providing financial security to its workers. Those who work properly will get the deserving honor and compensation benefits. By working with Rich anyone can get his/her deserving social status. People of our country are getting employment opportunity in Rich, so they are able to develop their family and society economically and as they are busy with work of Rich is helping to eliminate social problems like theft, hijack, cheat, drug addiction etc.

It’s like an insurance benefit, but difference is that in insurance one have to pay premium, one have to be considered under different conditions of the insurance company. But in case of “after death Donation” there is no premium or conditions. This financial support will help to the suffering family to stand again and live a new life with honor.

Helping by medical allowances:

Rich is creating the excellent example of humanity by its medical allowance. When a member is ill and admitted in any medical/clinic in this case Rich will help the person by giving Tk.300 for each day from 4th day to 10th day (total 7 days) for the treatment expenses of the member. So anyone can be eligible without any condition for medical allowance being a member of Rich.

Discounting in daily necessary goods:

In every Rich I Bazar shop almost all goods have a discount from market price (MRP). So buying the same necessary goods from Rich I Bazar a client can have some savings in his daily expenses. Although the quality and value is same for all goods but the price are lower than the prevailing market price. For example, you can buy Tk.10 potato chips by only Tk.09. Most of the products are like this. By this facility Rich is decreasing the daily expenses of a family and increasing saving capacity, which will in turn increase the investment and capital of the country.

Increasing life standard:
